Detail Requirements

Corporate Secretary Staff

• Assist corporate secretary of the Company on GCG (Good Corporate Governance) implementation, including corporate actions, correspondencing with OJK, BEI, KSEI, KPEI, BI, and other relate institutions, and performing others corporate secretary duties;
• Keep up-to-date with the latest OJK, BEI, BI, and other institutions regulations;;
• Assiting corporate finance functions in legal aspects.

• Having Bachelor Degree in Law or Economic from a reputable university
• Computer literate (MS. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
• Proficient skill in English especially, reading and writing. The position will involve a high volume of document reviews and preparations in English.
• Should have at least 2 years experience in the same position.
• Familiar with commercial terms in contract/agreement.
• Having good knowledge in corporate legal especially in OJK, BEI and familiar with other Indonesian regulation requirements.
