Resignation of a member of the board of Commissioners

According to Financial Service Authority Regulations No. 31/POJK.04/2015, regarding Disclosure Information of Material Facts by Issuers or Listed Companies and Regulation I-E – Resolution of Board of Directors of the Jakarta Stock Exchange, No. Kep-306/BEJ/ 07-2004, dated July 19, 2004, we hereby inform you that the Company has received a resignation letter from Mrs Lila Noto Pradono from her position as a commissioner of the company on 8 March 2018, which will result in a change to the composition of the Board of Commissioners.

In relation to the resignation and the change in the composition of the board of commissioners, the Company has and will implement the provisions in accordance with the Regulation of the Financial Service Authority No. 33 / POJK.04 / 2014 regarding the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuers or Listed Companies.
