Refer to Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 33/POJK.04/2014 concerning the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuers or Public Companies (“POJK No. 33/2014) and Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 31/POJK.04/2015 (“POJK No.31/2015”) concerning Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by Issuers or Public Companies, through this notification letter the Company intends to convey information that on December 31, 2024, the Company has received a letter of resignation from:

  1. Mr. Wichan Charoenkitsupat, as the Company’s Commissioner;
  2. Mr. Danaidej Ketsuwan, as the Company’s Commissioner;
  3. Mr. Rattakrai Limsiritrakul, as the Company’s Commissioner; and
  4. Mr. Ponthep Tuntavadcharom, as the Company’s Director.

In connection with the resignation, the Company will comply with the provisions of POJK No. 33/2014.
