Registering the name of PT Dayasa Aria Prima, a subsidiary of the Company which is 99.99% owned by the Company (“DAP”), for the lands purchased by DAP from PT Surabaya Agung Industri Pulp & Paper Tbk (“SAIPK”), which the list as described in item 3 below.

 Explanation of Material Information or Facts

On 7 November 2019 the Gresik Regency Land Office, East Java recorded the name of DAP as the owner of the lands as follows:

(i) Building Use Certificate (“SHGB”) No. 7 / Sumput Village covering an area of ​​101,755 m2 including the building that stands on it, located on Jalan Raya Driyorejo, Sumput Village, Driyorejo District, Gresik Regency, East Java;

(ii) SHGB No. 8 / Krikilan covering an area of ​​36,540 m2 including the building that stands on it, which is located on Jalan Raya Driyorejo, Krikilan Village, Driyorejo District, Gresik Regency, East Java;

(iii) SHGB No. 10 / Driyorejo covering an area of ​​4,100 m2 including the building that stands on it, which is located on Jalan Raya Driyorejo, Driyorejo Village, Driyorejo District, Gresik Regency, East Java;

(iv) SHGB No. 12 / Driyorejo covering an area of ​​6,340 m2 including the building that stands on it, located on Jalan Raya Driyorejo, Driyorejo Village, Driyorejo District, Gresik Regency, East Java;

(v) SHGB No. 13 / Driyorejo covering an area of ​​32,050 m2 including the building that stands on it, which is located on Jalan Raya Driyorejo, Driyorejo Village, Driyorejo District, Gresik Regency, East Java;

(vi) SHGB No. 35 / Driyorejo covering an area of ​​8,600 m2 including the building that stands on it, which is located on Jalan Raya Driyorejo, Driyorejo Village, Driyorejo District, Gresik Regency, East Java;

(vii) SHGB No. 36 / Driyorejo covering an area of ​​51,700 m2 including the building that stands on it, which is located on Jalan Raya Driyorejo, Driyorejo Village, Driyorejo District, Gresik Regency, East Java; and

(viii) SHGB No. 1356 / Sumput area of ​​33,500 m2 following the building that stands on it, which is located on Jalan Raya Driyorejo, Sumput Village, Driyorejo District, Gresik Regency, East Java.
