Resignation of a member of the board of Director

Refer to the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 33 / POJK.04 / 2014 concerning Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuers or Public Companies (“POJK No. 33/2014) and Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 31 / POJK.04 / 2015 (” POJK No. 31/2015 “) concerning Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by Issuers or Public Companies, then through this notification letter the Company intends to convey information that on 18 March 2019, the Company has received a letter of resignation on behalf of Mr. Sentot Eko Junianto, as Director The Company, resulting in a change in the composition of the Company’s Directors.

In connection with the resignation and changes in the composition of the Board of Directors, the Company will carry out in accordance with the provisions of POJK No. 33/2014.
