With reference to the Regulation of Financial Services Authority No. 33/POJK.04/2014 regarding the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuers or Public Companies, we hereby inform you that on 20 June 2019, the Company has received resignation letters from their respective position as member of Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of the Company, from the following members of Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners:
